UV aging test chamber is an aging test equipment that simulates the light environment. According to the type, it can be divided into desktop type, tower type and box type. It uses ultraviolet light as the light source, and appropriately controls temperature, humidity and condensation to fully obtain the damage effect of UV light, humidity and temperature on polymer materials (material aging includes material fading, loss of light, strength reduction, cracking, exfoliation, pulverization, oxidation, etc.). The lamp has UVA-340 and UVB-313 light sources for optional configuration.
During the entire test cycle, the irradiation energy and temperature are controllable. A typical test cycle is usually a dark and humid condensation cycle with ultraviolet light exposure at high temperature and relative humidity at 100%. The equipment is typically used in paints and coatings, automotive industry, plastic products, wood products, glue, etc.

Noki uses a more stable UV lamp instead of an ordinary xenon arc lamp as the test light source, and the spectral power distribution will not change with the aging of the lamp, and the service life of the lamp can reach 1600 hours. In this way, more repeatable test results can be obtained, while reducing lamp replacement and reducing operating costs.
The energy of the ultraviolet lamp decreases with the increase of the time of use. The control system of the UV aging test box compensates for the weakened lamp energy by increasing the lamp energy. If the system has a "large irradiance error" or even shuts down, the user can Use one calibrator to calibrate multiple UV aging equipment. Either UVA lamp or UVB lamp can be calibrated.
In the condensation cycle, the water in the reservoir at the bottom of the chamber is heated to produce hot steam that fills the chamber, keeping the relative humidity inside the chamber at 98% and maintaining a high temperature. The specimen is fixed on the side wall of the test chamber, and the test surface of the specimen is exposed inside the chamber, so that the temperature difference between the inside and outside surface of the specimen is generated and the specimen condenses into liquid water on the test surface.
The spray system of the UV equipment manufactured by Noki consists of 12 nozzles (6 on each side), connecting pipes, control system and drainage system. The nozzles are installed between the UV lamps and when the lamps are turned off, water is sprayed onto the sample, this short time spraying water cools the sample quickly and creates thermal shock conditions.
The NOKI UV tester uses rod-shaped platinum thermocouples to measure the temperature on the surface of a black-coated metal test plate (can absorb at least 90%-95% of radiation in the range of 2500nm), and the blackboard temperature required for the test can be set arbitrarily It is automatically controlled during the test, and the blackboard thermometer can also be calibrated regularly through the calibration interface of the tester.
The experimental data is automatically generated and saved in EXCEL format, and can be exported via U disk, truly unattended. There is a USB interface on the back of the UV aging test box. Through this interface, you can export all the operating parameters of the required time period of the test at any time, which is convenient for you to make statistics and observations on the operation of the machine, and truly realize unattended operation.
All the control and display of the UV aging test box are completed by a high-definition color touch screen, and the menu-style operation is very convenient. During the test operation, all test parameters can be displayed on the screen in real time.
The Noki UV aging chamber allows the user to set up to six different test programs and store them permanently. The user can edit any test program consisting of different segments (up to 10 segments), each of which can be set for different conditions (irradiation, spraying, condensation, termination) and the corresponding test parameters.
