The dust test chamber works by a fan pushing sand and dust across the surface of the test specimen, testing the ability of these specimens to defend against the penetration effect of dust particles, the ability to defend against the abrasive or blocking effect of grit and the ability to store and operate under the action of dry sand or dust-filled atmosphere.
The powder circulation pump in the dust-proof test chamber can be replaced by other methods to make the talcum powder suspended, and the talcum powder is filtered by a metal square-hole sieve.
Metal wire diameter 50 μm, sieve hole size of 75 μm.
The amount of talcum powder is 2 kg per cubic meter of test chamber volume, the number of times used shall not exceed 20 times.
